Seventeen years of solid engineering experience. The first eleven years in ammonia plant, background in inspection & maintenance of pressure vessels, boiler, exchangers & pipings. Strong communications & presentation skills, self-motivated, dependable & people-oriented, advanced knowledge in computers. Now working in upstream sector of the oil and gas industry. Conducts trainings on regular basis.


  • Supervised and managed engineers, technicians, contractors personnel both directly and indirectly.
  • Prepared tender specifications, issued ITB, evaluated bids, negotiated awards, monitored and administered(1) pressure vessels fabrication contract, (2) plant turnaround inspection work contract, (3) Inspection services term contract. 
  • Lead and participate in turnaround planning and execution.
  • Prepared and executed inspection and test plans, design calculations review, drawings verification, WPS/PQR review and material verification for vessel fabrications.
  • Responsible for inspection, fitness-for-service, repair, investigation and failure analysis of boilers, furnace tubes, pipings and pressure vessels
  • Adjunct Lecturer, Project External Examiner, Part-time Lecturer, Industry Advisory Panel Member and Tutor for several Malaysian Universities
